Jeffrey Kay is a marketing leader with extensive experience spanning cannabis and financial services. He has served as Chief Marketing Officer for multiple multi-state cannabis operators, overseeing brand development, product strategy, and growth initiatives across retail, wholesale, and cultivation operations. Earlier in his career, Jeffrey founded and led his own marketing agency, where he built and executed strategies for clients across finance, consumer products, and cannabis. He also held senior roles at agencies including The Marketing Arm (Omnicom) and DDB Needham. In addition to his operating experience, Jeffrey has served on numerous boards in both the cannabis industry and public financial services, contributing to strategic planning, governance, and growth initiatives.
